Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and y888 link ("y888 link", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the y888 link website, mobile web platform, and all associated gaming and betting services offered thereunder.

By creating a y888 link account, logging into an existing account, making any deposit, placing any bet, claiming any bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of the y888 link platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with y888 link's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

y888 link operates under an international online gaming licence. This Agreement is written in English as the official governing language of the y888 link platform and all associated services. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of this Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register for and use a y888 link account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age. y888 link strictly prohibits use of its platform by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to satisfy such verification will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be accessing the y888 link platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and betting is lawful and permitted for your personal use. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before creating an account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that y888 link has designated as restricted, as updated from time to time at y888 link's absolute discretion.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party in connection with your y888 link account.
• You must not have previously had a y888 link account closed for cause, or be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with y888 link.
• You must be the sole authorised user of any payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank) used to fund your y888 link account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles y888 link to immediately close your account and retain any balance therein to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) y888 link account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of this Agreement. In such cases, y888 link reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice.

Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y888 link account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other person to access your account.

y888 link strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable device recognition security features available through the y888 link account settings. You agree to notify y888 link's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

y888 link reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of being accessed by an unauthorised third party, compromised by fraudulent activity, or otherwise being used in violation of this Agreement. Any balance held in a suspended account will be dealt with in accordance with y888 link's investigation findings and applicable internal policies.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administration fee of 500 PKR per month after the initial 12-month inactive period, deducted from any remaining balance. y888 link will make reasonable efforts to notify you before such fees are applied.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the y888 link platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y888 link does not apply currency conversion charges, and your account balance is always displayed in PKR.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. y888 link accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and MCB Bank Internet Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at y888 link's discretion, and the current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed on the deposit page of the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed on the same calendar day for requests submitted before 22:00 Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Requests submitted after 22:00 PKT will be processed on the following business day. y888 link does not charge processing fees for withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast). Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to standard inter-bank processing timelines outside of y888 link's direct control.

• You may only withdraw funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, y888 link may require identity verification documentation, including proof of identity and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Only the withdrawable portion of your balance (excluding non-wagered bonus funds) is eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• y888 link reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request that it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct under this Agreement.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR. Maximum single withdrawal per transaction: as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.

You acknowledge and agree that all funds deposited with y888 link are used exclusively for the purpose of gaming and betting on the y888 link platform, and do not constitute a savings account, investment, or financial instrument of any kind. y888 link does not pay interest on account balances.

Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on the y888 link platform — whether on live casino games, jackpot slots, sports events, Cockfighting bouts, Fishing God, or Free Fire — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the relevant game or betting interface, in addition to the general terms set out in this Agreement.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once y888 link's system has confirmed receipt and issued a bet reference number or acknowledgment. Bets placed during periods of technical malfunction, platform maintenance, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement are void and will be refunded in full in PKR.

y888 link reserves the right to void any bet — and to recover any winnings already credited in respect of a voided bet — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in connection with any form of advantage play, manipulation, or exploitation of a technical error or pricing error. In such cases, y888 link will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before final action is taken.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. y888 link reserves the right to adjust bet limits, restrict the betting activity of any account, or decline to accept bets from any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

y888 link offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• All bonus funds are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable.
• The wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry period, and minimum odds (where applicable) applicable to each bonus are disclosed within the promotion's specific terms, accessible within the y888 link account dashboard or promotion page.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable period will expire and be removed from the account without notification or compensation.
• y888 link reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus, or amend the terms of any ongoing promotion at any time, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee a profit — is a prohibited activity under this Agreement.
• Each player is eligible for the y888 link welcome deposit match bonus only once, regardless of the number of accounts or devices used. y888 link will not credit the welcome bonus to accounts where it determines the registration was made with the intention of claiming a bonus rather than genuine gaming activity.

y888 link's cashback promotions are calculated on net losses as defined in the specific promotion terms. Cashback is credited as withdrawable PKR balance unless otherwise specified. y888 link reserves the right to offset any cashback amount against outstanding negative balances, outstanding charges, or amounts owed to y888 link by the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y888 link platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement, entitling y888 link to immediately close your account, void all bets, forfeit all balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during verification procedures.
• Using the y888 link platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Creating or operating duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim additional bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or obscure identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the y888 link platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including at live dealer tables where coordinated play is used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, pricing mistakes, or any other vulnerability in the y888 link system to obtain funds, bonuses, or betting advantages not legitimately earned.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate y888 link transaction through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through y888 link's formal dispute resolution process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using proceeds from illegal activity to fund your y888 link account.
• Accessing the y888 link platform from a restricted jurisdiction or through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Responsible Gaming

y888 link is committed to responsible gaming and to the protection of vulnerable players, including minors and individuals who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. y888 link's responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders via the account settings immediately after login, without requiring contact with the support team.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limit controls (daily, weekly, monthly), session time notifications, cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period and represents a binding commitment by the player and y888 link alike.

y888 link strictly prohibits gaming activity by individuals under the age of 18. Any account found to be held or used by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed. All winnings accumulated by a minor's account will be forfeited. y888 link will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing its services, including age verification at registration and at any subsequent point.

Intellectual Property

All content on the y888 link platform — including but not limited to the y888 link brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, data compilations, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of y888 link or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y888 link platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity, subject to this Agreement. Nothing in this licence grants you any ownership rights over any y888 link intellectual property.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, publish, display, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any y888 link content for any commercial purpose without y888 link's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of y888 link's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The y888 link platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While y888 link endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y888 link's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement and your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your y888 link account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• y888 link is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from your use of the platform.
• y888 link is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including the loss of funds resulting from prohibited activity.
• y888 link is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
• y888 link is not liable for the decisions of game outcome generators, live dealers, or third-party game providers where such outcomes are the result of properly functioning certified game systems.

Privacy & Data Protection

y888 link collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating a y888 link account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your registered Pakistani mobile number, account activity, transaction history, and betting patterns — is used by y888 link to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. y888 link does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to Terms & Account Termination

y888 link reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to active account holders via notification within the y888 link platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number, no less than 14 calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory authority, in which case they take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the y888 link platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

y888 link may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement, if y888 link suspects fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if required by applicable law or regulatory order. You may close your account at any time by contacting y888 link's support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes concerning their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, termination, or the consequences of their nullity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y888 link holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws confer such a right.

The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the binding legal text. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall govern.

y888 link's English-language support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via Live Chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram. All initial support communications should be made through these channels. If your complaint cannot be resolved through standard support channels, you may request formal escalation, at which point y888 link will acknowledge your complaint in writing and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

y888 link aims to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through y888 link's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to y888 link's applicable alternative dispute resolution body as specified by the licensing authority.
